摘要
目的 分析四物汤合五子衍宗加减治疗痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床疗效。方法 选取医院2018年12月—2020年6月收治的痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者92例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,试验组患者在西医治疗基础上联合四物汤合五子衍宗加减治疗,分析试验组与对照组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果 试验组与对照组患者治疗前在中医症状疗效评分、月经周期及卵巢体积上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过3个月治疗后,试验组在中医症状疗效评分上低于对照组,月经周期上短于对照组,卵巢体积上小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组患者治疗前在促血管生成素Ⅱ(AngiopoietinⅡ,AngⅡ)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,MCP-1)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(Late oxidation protein products, AOPP)、胰岛素(Fasting insulin, FINS)水平上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过3个月治疗后,试验组患者AngⅡ、MCP-1、AOPP及FINS水平上低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者在妊娠率高于对照组,但周期排卵率上,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 四物汤合五子衍宗加减治疗痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征不孕可改善患者临床症状,降低AngⅡ、MCP-1、AOPP、FINS水平,缩短月经周期,提高妊娠率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Siwu Decoction(四物汤)combined with Modified Wuzi Yanzong Pill(五子衍宗丸加减)on infertility caused by phlegm-dampness blocking type of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods-From December 2018 to June 2020,92 patients with phlegm-dampness blocking type of PCOS were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine and those in the experimental group were treated with Siwu Decoction and Modified Wuzi Yanzong Pill on the basis of western medicine treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores,menstrual cycle or ovarian volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the menstrual cycle was shorter than that in the control group and the ovarian volume was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of angiopoietinⅡ(AngⅡ),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),late oxidation protein products(AOPP)or fasting insulin(FINS)(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of AngⅡ,MCP-1,AOPP and FINS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the rate of periodic ovulation between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Siwu Decoction combined with Modified Wuzi Yanzong Pill in the treatment of infertility with phlegm-dampness blocking type of PCOS can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of AngⅡ,MCP-1,AOPP and FINS,shorten the menstrual cycle and increase the pregnancy rate.
