摘要
草乌和诃子为蒙医常用药材,草乌-诃子具有减毒、抗炎和降低草乌心脏毒性等作用,是中蒙药方剂中的常用药对。因草乌毒性大,治疗窗窄,故限制了其在临床的广泛应用,但草乌与诃子合理配伍可起到减毒存效的功效,大大增加了其应用范围。近年来,随着现代科技的进步,对此药对的研究也在不断深入。文章结合国内外相关文献,从化学成分及药理作用等方面对草乌-诃子药对的概况进行综述,以期为进一步探讨此药对提供参考。
Caowu and Myrobalan are commonly used medicinal materials in Mongolian medicine.Caowu-Myrobalan has the functions of reducing toxicity,anti-inflammatory and reducing the cardiotoxicity of Caowu,and is a commonly used drug pair in Chinese and Mongolian prescriptions.Due to its high toxicity and narrow therapeutic window,its wide clinical application has been limited.However,the reasonable compatibility of Radix Fructus and Myrobalan can reduce the toxicity and save the effect,greatly increasing its application range.In recent years,with the advancement of modern science and technology,the research on this drug pair is also deepening.In this paper,combined with the relevant literature at home and abroad,the general situation of the herbal pair of Caowu-Myrobalan from the aspects of chemical composition and pharmacological action is reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the further discussion of this herbal pair.
