摘要
抗生素不合理使用引起的细菌耐药性问题日益突出,而诃子对耐药菌亦具有明显的抑制作用且不易产生耐药性。在查阅相关国内外文献基础之上,本文从诃子活性成分、单味诃子抑菌作用、诃子主要成分的抑菌作用、诃子与其他药物联合的抑菌作用进行综述,为诃子的开发利用提供参考。
The problem of bacterial drug resistance caused by unreasonable use of antibiotics has become increasingly prominent,and Terminalia chebula has obvious inhibitory effect on drug-resistant bacteria and is not easy to produce drug resistance.On the basis of consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,this review summarizes the active components of Terminalia chebula,the bacteriostatic effect of the main components of Terminalia chebula,and the bacteriostatic effect of the combination of Terminalia chebula and other drugs,in order to provide some reference for the further development and utilization of Terminalia chebula.
