摘要
目的:探讨石榴皮与诃子水煎剂单独及联合制剂对铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑菌作用,为中药联合治疗临床上铜绿假单胞菌感染提供参考数据及实验依据。方法:采用杯碟法、常量稀释法和微量棋盘法,测量抑菌圈直径和石榴皮和诃子水煎剂单独的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),计算二者连用时的抑菌指数(FIC),分析石榴皮和诃子水煎剂单独及联合制剂对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用。结果:石榴皮与诃子单独制剂及联合制剂对铜绿假单胞菌有一定的抑菌作用。杯碟法结果显示,牛津杯周围可见明显的抑菌环,且抑菌环直径大小与药物浓度呈正比,其抑菌效果依次为:二者联合>诃子>石榴皮;常量稀释法和微量棋盘法结果显示,石榴皮水煎剂MIC为250 mg/mL;诃子水煎剂MIC为62.5 mg/mL,FIC为0.25。结论:石榴皮与诃子单独水煎剂对铜绿假单胞菌均有一定的抑菌作用,且抑菌效果强度与药物浓度呈正比;二者联合后彼此为协同效应,提示二者联合后可提高对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of Granati Pericarpium and Terminalia chebula alone and combination against Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro,provid-ing reference data and experimental evidence for the clinical application of P.aeruginosa infection treatment.Method The cup inhibition method,the constant dilution method and the micro-checkerboard method were used to measure the inhibition zone diameter and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Granati Pericarpium and Terminalia chebula alone,and calculate the inhibition index(FIC) when they were used together.Analyze the antibacterial effect of Granati Pericarpium and Terminalia chebula alone and combination against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Result Granati Pericarpium and Terminalia chebula alone and combination have antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The result shows that there are obvious antibacterial rings around the Oxford Cup,and the diameter of the inhibition rings are proportional to the drug concentration.The antibacterial Effect:combination of the two>Terminalia chebula>Granati Pericarpium;the MIC of the Granati Pericarpium decoctio-n was 250 mg/mL;the MIC of the Terminalia chebula decoction was 62.5 mg/mL,and the FIC was 0.25.Conclusion The Granati Pericarpium and Terminalia chebula decoction have certain antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the antibacterial effect is proportional to the drug concentration.The combination of the two acts as a synergistic effect,indicating that when the two drugs are combined,the antibacterial effect can be improved.
