摘要
目的探讨中医综合护理预防剖宫产后尿潴留的价值。方法100例剖宫产产妇随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医综合护理,比较两组的排尿功能、尿潴留发生率及疼痛评分。结果干预后,观察组的首次自行排尿时间、膀胱残尿量、尿潴留发生率、膀胱初感容积均低于对照组,最大尿流率、最大膀胱容量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理可改善剖宫产产妇的产后排尿功能,减轻术后疼痛感,降低尿潴留发生率。
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing urinary retention after cesarean section.Methods 100 parturient women with cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The urinary function,incidence of urinary retention and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the first spontaneous urination time,bladder residual urine volume,incidence of urinary retention and bladder volume of initial urination sensation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the maximum urinary flow rate and maximum bladder capacity were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve postpartum urination function,reduce postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of urinary retention of parturient women with cesarean section.
