摘要
目的:探讨中药热熨联合卡前列甲酯栓用于剖宫产术后的临床效果。方法:选择2018年4月至2019年4月剖宫产的单胎孕妇900例,随机分为3组,每组300例,A组为中药热熨联合卡前列甲酯栓组,B组为中药热熨组,C组为常规处理组,比较3组患者术后返回病房至24 h内阴道流血情况、宫底高度、术后肛门初次排气时间、术后首次自行排尿时间及不良反应。结果:A组患者术后返回病房至24 h内阴道流血量、术后肛门初次排气时间、术后首次自行排尿时间均少于B组和C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组患者宫底高度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组与C组患者术后肛门初次排气时间、术后首次自行排尿时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:中药热熨联合卡前列甲酯栓用于剖宫产术后可以促进子宫复旧、减少产后出血量,促进胃肠道及泌尿系统的功能恢复,减少肠梗阻及尿潴留的发生,中药热熨可以降低卡前列甲酯栓不良反应的发生,对于促进肠道及膀胱功能恢复作用小。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with carboprost methylate suppositories after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 900 singleton pregnant women who had a cesarean section from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 300 cases in each group.Group A was a traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with carboprost methylate suppositories group,and group B was traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing group,group C was the conventional treatment group.The vaginal bleeding,the height of the fundus of the uterus,the time of the first postoperative anus expulsion,the time of first self-urination after the operation and the adverse reactions were compared among the three groups of patients after returning to the ward to 24 hours.Results:The amount of vaginal bleeding,the time of the first postoperative anus expulsion,the time of first self-urination after the operation of group A after returning to the ward to 24 hours were less than those of group B and C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the height of uterine fundus among the three groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the time of first postoperative anus expulsion and the time of first self-urination after operation in group B and group C(P>0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with carboprost methylate suppositories after cesarean section can promote uterine involution,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal and urinary system functions,and reduce intestinal obstruction and urinary retention.Traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of carboprost methylate suppositories,and has little effect on promoting the recovery of intestinal and bladder function.
