摘要
以文塑旅、以旅彰文,文旅融合是实现文化高质量发展的重要趋势,是文化事业、文化产业满足人们多样化、品质化需求的必然选择。西部地区文旅融合发展直接关系到我国经济社会的高质量发展。该文在县域视角下,以云南省弥渡县为例,研究弥渡县文旅融合高质量发展的三重现实困境:丰富的文旅资源与滞后的基础设施困境、有力的政策支撑与薄弱的创新动力困境、多维的项目打造与融合不足的现实困境,进而提出建议:以政府为主导推动高起点谋划、以要素为驱动推动高标准建设、以人民为主体实现高质量发展。
The integration of culture and tourism is an important trend to achieve high-quality cultural development,and it is also an inevitable choice for cultural undertakings and cultural industries to meet people's diversified and quality needs.The integrated development of culture and tourism in the western region is directly related to the high-quality economic and social development of our country.In this paper,from the perspective of county,taking Midu County of Yunnan Province as an example,this paper studies the triple realistic dilemma of the integration of high-quality development of culture and tourism in Midu County:the plight of rich literature and tourism resources and lagging infrastructure,strong policy support and weak innovation motivation,and the realistic dilemma of lack of multi-dimensional project building and integration.Suggestions are then proposed:take the government as the leading factor to promote the high starting point planning;take the elements as the drive to promote the construction of high standards;and take the people as the main body to achieve high-quality development.
