硅藻土与聚酯纤维复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 将硅藻土与聚酯纤维同时掺入AC-13沥青混合料中,采用60℃车辙试验、低温劈裂试验、冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验及四点弯曲疲劳试验,针对不同改性沥青混合料进行路用性能及抗疲劳耐久性能分析,得出以下结论:硅藻土能够增强沥青胶结料与集料的粘结性,而聚酯纤维在沥青混合料中能起到良好的桥接、增韧、阻裂、传递等作用,故掺入硅藻土或聚酯纤维均能改善沥青混合料的路用性能和抗疲劳耐久性能;硅藻土改性沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能和水稳定性能优于聚酯纤维沥青混合料,但其低温抗裂性能和抗疲劳耐久性能较差;与硅藻土、聚酯纤维单一改性相比,复合改性沥青混合料的各项性能均表现最佳,采用硅藻土与聚酯纤维复合改性可综合提升沥青混合料的服役质量和使用寿命。 Diatomite and polyester fiber were mixed into AC-13 asphalt mixture at the same time,and the road performance and fatigue resistance of diff erent modified asphalt mixtures were analyzed by using 60℃rutting test,low-temperature splitting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,immersion Marshall test and four-point bending fatigue test,and the following conclusions were drawn:Diatomite can enhance the adhesion of asphalt cement and aggregate,polyester fiber can play a good role in bridging,toughening,crack resistance and transmission in asphalt mixture,so adding diatomite or polyester fiber can improve the pavement performance and fatigue durability of asphalt mixture;Diatomite modified asphalt mixture has better high temperature rutting resistance and water stability than polyester fiber asphalt mixture,but its low temperature crack resistance and fatigue durability are poor;Compared with the single modification of diatomite and polyester fiber,the performance of the composite modified asphalt mixture is the best.The composite modification of diatomite and polyester fiber can comprehensively improve the service quality and service life of the asphalt mixture.
