矿渣砂-水镁石纤维AC-20C沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘要 为缓解矿料紧缺难题,选用矿渣砂等质量替代石灰岩机制砂,引入水镁石纤维来改善矿渣砂沥青混合料的酸性环境。在原材料研究的基础上,评价矿渣砂和水镁石纤维共同应用到沥青混合料中的可行性;通过配合比设计,确定不同矿渣砂及水镁石纤维掺量下沥青混合料的最佳油石比;通过开展相关路用性能试验评价矿渣砂-水镁石纤维沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,水镁石纤维能够改善矿渣砂沥青混合料的酸性环境,增强沥青与矿料之间的粘附能力;随着矿渣砂掺量的增加,沥青混合料高温性能逐渐增强,低温及水稳定性能逐渐降低;水镁石纤维的掺入,矿渣砂沥青混合料相关路用性能均得到改善;为最大限度地利用矿渣砂,同时保证AC-20C沥青混合料的路用性能,推荐矿渣砂的掺量为20%,水镁石纤维掺量为0.3%。 To alleviate the problem of mineral material shortage,we selected slag sand to replace limestone mechanism sand of the same weight,and infunded brucite fibers to improve the acidic environment of slag sand asphalt mixture.On the basis of raw material research,we evaluated the feasibility of using slag sand and brucite fiber together in asphalt mixtures;Through the mix ratio design,we determined the best oil stone ratio for asphalt mixtures with diff erent slag sand and brucite fiber dosages,and evaluated the road performance of slag sand-brucite fiber asphalt mixture by relevant tests.The test results show that,brucite fiber can improve the acidic environment of slag sand-asphalt mixture and enhance the adhesion ability between asphalt and aggregate;With the increase of slag sand content,the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture gradually enhances,while the low-temperature and water stability performance gradually decreases;The addition of brucite fibers can improve the road performance of slag sand asphalt mixture.To maximize the utilization of slag sand and ensure the road performance of AC-20C asphalt mixture,the recommended amount of slag sand is 20%,the recommended amount of brucite fiber is 0.3%.
