摘要
“双创”浪潮下,高校教师离岗创业与产学研创新活动密切相关。文章探索产学研合作企业主体地位对教师离岗创业意愿的影响,并进一步从社会交换关系视角考察社会交换和经济交换在其中发挥的中介作用。通过对浙江省206位有产学研合作经验的高校教师进行问卷调查发现,以企业为主体地位的产学研合作对教师离岗创业意向具有正向促进作用,社会交换和经济交换在上述关系中发挥部分中介作用。研究结果为促进高校科技成果转化和产学研合作治理的顶层设计提供参考。
Under the wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,teacher's leave for startups is closely related to industry-university-research(IUR)innovation activities.This paper tries to explore the influence of subject status of IUR cooperation enterprises on teachers'willingness to leave for startups,and further examine the mediating role played by social exchange and economic exchange from the perspective of social exchange relations.Through a questionnaire survey of 206 university teachers with experience in industry-university-research collaboration in Zhejiang province,the empirical results show that enterprise-centered IUR collaborative innovation has a positive effect on teachers'intention to leave for startups;social exchange and economic exchange partly play a mediating role in the above relationship.The research results provide reference for the top-level design of promoting the transformation of universities'scientific and technological achievements and the university-industry-research collaboration governance.
