摘要
目前,航空安全越来越受到各方面的关注,客舱安全作为其中的重要一环也应被同等重视。所以,作为民航院校在培养空保专业学生的时候要格外重视,重视学生格斗实战能力的培养。文章首先了解空保专业学生实战能力的现状,其次认识到所授课程中存在的问题,最后给出一些合理化的建议:调整课程的设置;增加课时分配;注重师资力量的培养;调整考核评价模式同时兼顾安全措施。
At present,aviation safety is getting more and more attention,cabin safety as an important part of which should be.equally valued Therefore,as a civil aviation college in the training of steundts to pay particular attention to the air protection professional,pay attention to the actual combat ability of sdteunts to train.In this paper,first of all,we understand the actual combat ability of the students,then we recognize some problems in the course,and finally give some reasonable suggestions,adjust the curriculum,increase the distribution of class hours,pay attteinon to the training of teachers,adjust the assessment and elvuaation model while taking into account the safety measures.
