摘要
研究森林消防队伍转制改革后战勤保障分队的体系建设,基于福建森林消防总队战勤保障分队体系构成和建设现状,分析现有体系中存在的问题,包括编组编成、人才培养、资源利用、实战能力等诸多方面。探讨如何依托现有森林消防队伍战勤保障分队编制体系,优化实现“专业化、立体化、一体化、实战化”战勤保障分队体系建设目标。
Study the system construction of combat duty security detachment after the forest firefighting team conversion reform,based on the current situation of the composition and construction of the combat duty security detachment system of Fujian Forest Fire Brigade,analyze the problems in the existing system,including group formation,personnel training,resource utilization,combat capability and many other aspects.To explore how to rely on the existing forest fire team logistic support detachment,optimize the realization of"professional,three-dimensional,integrated,combat-oriented"combat duty security detachment system construction goals.
