摘要 国家安全工作是贯穿党和国家各项事业的基本内容。新时代中美大国竞争背景下的贸易摩擦和科技对抗等外部承压下,我国战略新兴产业特别是微电子方面正面临着前所未有的挑战,但也为致力于国家战略产业发展、民族复兴的专业人才提供历史性机遇。技术创新型和产业应用型人才培养在“新工科”建设背景下,国家安全意识教育融入专业课程教学和实践的成效,关系到我国产业安全和可持续发展的问题。该文旨在通过总体国家安全观视角,对微电子科学与工程专业内涵建设和课程思政教学改革两个方面的实践总结,为振兴地方产业、服务国家战略的人才培养提供一点经验贡献。 National security is the basic content that runs through all the undertakings of the Party and the country.Under external pressure such as trade friction and technological confrontation in the context of great power competition between China and the United States in the new era,China's strategic emerging industries,especially microelectronics,are facing unprecedented challenges,but also provide historic opportunities for professionals committed to the development of national strategic industries and national rejuvenation.Under the background of"new engineering"construction,the training of technical innovative and industrial applied talents and the integration of national security awareness education into professional curriculum teaching and practice are related to the safety and sustainable development of our industry.From the perspective of the overall national security concept,this paper aims to make a practical summary of the connotation construction of microelectronics science and engineering and the reform of curriculum ideological and political teaching,so as to provide some experience contribution to the talent training of revitalizing local industries and serving the national strategy.
