摘要
文章以海门区为例,运用收益还原法、成本替代法、生物当量因子法等方法对海门区耕地资源经济价值、社会价值和生态价值分别进行核算,并将核算结果与地区经济发展水平进行了相关性分析。结果表明:海门区耕地资源地均综合价值为179.706 0×10^(4)元/hm^(2),地均经济价值为55.759 8×10^(4)元/hm^(2),地均社会价值为58.574 9×10^(4)元/hm^(2),地均生态价值为65.371 3×10^(4)元/hm^(2);从各区镇的耕地经济、社会和生态价值量来看,海门港新区和悦来镇相对较高,而三厂工业园区和海永镇相对较低;海门区人均耕地资源价值和人均GDP在地理空间分布上均具有显著聚集性,且在空间上两者存在显著的负相关关系。本研究可为核算耕地资源价值、协调保护耕地与发展地区经济关系、完善耕地保护措施提供借鉴参考。
Accounting of the cultivated land resource value and its relationship with regional economic development can help promote the rational utilization and protection of cultivated land resources.This paper took Haimen District as an example,income reduction method,cost substitution method,and bioequivalence factor method are uesd to calculate the economic value,social value,and ecological value of arable land resources in Haimen District.The correlation analysis between the accounting results and the regional economic development level is also conducted.The results show that:the average comprehensive value of cultivated land resources in Haimen District is 179.706×10^(4) yuan/hm^(2),the average economic value is 55.7598×10^(4) yuan/hm^(2),the average social value is 58.5749×10^(4) yuan/hm^(2),and the average ecological value is 65.3713×10^(4) yuan/hm^(2).From the perspective of the economic,social,and ecological value of cultivated land in various districts and towns,Haimen Xingang District and Yuelai Town are relatively high,while Sanchang Industrial Park and Haiyong Town are relatively low.The value of per capita cultivated land resources and per capita GDP in Haimen District have significant aggregation in geographical spatial distribution,and there is a significant negative correlation between the two in space.This paper could provide reference for calculating the value of cultivated land resources,coordinating the protection of cultivated land and the development of regional economic relations,and improving cultivated land protection measures.
