摘要
针对四台矿井下带式输送机控制系统只能实现输送机空载降速或满速运行两种状态导致运行能耗高问题,为实现根据煤量变频调速功能,进行基于机器视觉的煤量检测系统设计研究。系统采用S186ELDQ型线激光发射器和双目立体相机实现煤体轮廓图像识别,利用全局匹配SGBM算法计算煤量体积,并以煤料体积为触发信号,通过S7-300PLC实现二级带式输送机运行速度自动调节功能。通过工程试验验证,系统煤料体积检测误差小于5%,速度控制功能稳定。
Aiming at the issue of high operating energy consumption caused by the fact that the control system of Sitai Mine underground belt conveyor can only achieve two states of no-load deceleration or full speed operation,a coal quantity detection system based on machine vision is designed and studied to achieve variable frequency speed regulation function according to coal quantity.The system uses S186ELDQ type line laser transmitter and binocular stereo camera to achieve coal body contour image recognition,and uses global matching SGBM algorithm to calculate coal quantity volume,and using the coal material volume as the trigger signal,the automatic speed adjustment function of the secondary belt conveyor is achieved through the S7-300 PLC.Verified through engineering experiments,the system's coal material volume detection error is less than 5%,and the speed control function is stable.
