摘要
针对当前带式输送机在煤料运输中以满载高速运行存在的空载或轻载功率浪费问题,设计了一种模糊自适应PID控制系统。通过前端激光CCD相机进行带式输送机负载实况测量,控制器进行模糊自适应PID算法计算,确定带式输送机运行输出转速,控制矿用隔爆三相异步电动机转速,最终实现带式输送机依据输送煤量实况调整输送带传送速度。仿真实验结果表明,控制系统比传统的PID控制具有更小的超调量、更优的响应速度和稳定性,实现了负栽实况测量下的电机节能降耗控制。
When the belt conveyor runs at high speed with full load to transport coal,there is waste of energy with no load or light load,so a control system of belt conveyor with fuzzy PID algorithm was designed.The front laser CCD camera was used for belt conveyor load measurement,the controller was used for fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm calculation,determine the output speed of belt conveyor operation,control the speed of mine flask-proof three asynchronous motor,and finally realize the belt conveyor according to the actual delivery of coal to adjust the belt transmission speed.The experimental results show that the control system has smaller overshoot,better response speed and stability than the traditional PID control,and realizes the motor energy saving and consumption reduction under the actual load measurement.
