综放工作面动压分析及治理技术

摘要 基于长春兴煤矿103孤岛工作面回采期间回风顺槽动压区出现底鼓、巷帮收缩、顶板下沉等应力显现现象,分析了动压区应力显现特点及应力情况,对巷帮提出了“卸压+桁架锚索支护”、底鼓区提出了“起底硬化+π型道梁”支护、对巷道顶板提出了液压伸缩棚支护措施。实际应用效果表明:联合支护控制了动压区变形、破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the stress manifestation phenomena such as floor heave,roadway side shrinkage,and roof subsidence in the return air trough dynamic pressure area during the mining period of the 103 isolated island working face in Changchunxing Coal Mine,the stress manifestation characteristics and situation in the dynamic pressure area are analyzed.The"pressure relief+truss anchor cable support"is proposed for the roadway side,the"bottom hardening+πtype track beam"support is proposed for the floor heave area,and the hydraulic telescopic shed support is proposed for the roadway roof.The practical application results show that the combined support controls the deformation and fragmentation phenomena in the dynamic pressure zone,and achieved significant application results.
