摘要
基于8811工作面回采期间受构造应力、回采超前应力等影响,导致工作面超前应力区巷道围岩出现变形现象,主要表现在两帮破碎垮落、顶板下沉、底板鼓起等,制约着工作面安全高效回采,南阳坡煤矿技术科通过技术研究,决定对超前应力区巷道支护进行优化,采取“施工卸压钻孔+施工加长玻璃钢锚杆+安装矩形钢棚”等联合支护措施。通过实际应用效果来看,联合支护措施有效保证了工作面安全回采,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the influence of tectonic stress and overpressure of mining during the recovery of 8811 working face in Nanyangpo coal mine,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock in the overpressure zone of working face is mainly manifested in the crushing and collapse of two gangs,sinking of roof plate and bulging of bottom plate,which restricts the safe and efficient recovery of working face.The technical section of Nanyangpo coal mine decided to optimize the support of the roadway in the overpressure zone by taking joint support measures such as "construction of pressure relief drilling + construction of lengthened glass steel anchors + installation of rectangular steel sheds".
