摘要
枣矿集团高庄煤矿中厚煤层综采工作面超前段压力显现明显,存在安全隐患。根据地质条件及采场实际情况,综合分析得出工作面受上覆残留煤柱应力、采动应力及构造应力耦合作用的影响,造成工作面运输巷应力高度集中,据此分析编制了支护设计。实践证明,支护措施安全可靠,有效控制了顶板离层下沉的安全隐患,为安全生产提供了有力地保障。
The strata behavior of the advance section of fully-mechanized working face in medium-thickness coal seam of Gaozhuang Coal Company is obvious, which will cause potential safety hazard for coal mining. According to the geological conditions and the condition of coal working face, the areas of stress concentration caused by residual coal pillar, mininginduced stress and tectonic stress were confirmed by analysis by synthesis method, which caused high stress concentration of transportation roadway. Based on the analysis of the calculation results, a supporting methods scheme was made. Moreover, the actual condition proved that the supporting methods was safe and reliable, which effectively controlled the potential hazard of roof abscission layer sinking and gave safe production a firm guarantee.
