摘要
基于经纺煤矿805运输顺槽掘进期间,受构造应力影响,巷道围岩出现严重破碎现象,导致两帮垮落、顶板下沉,原顶板锚杆(索)支护失效率高、支护质量差等技术难题,提出了“高应力锚索+JW型钢棚”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后,有效控制了断层动压区围岩稳定性,巷道成型率提高至98%以上,取得显著应用成效。
Based on the technical problem that the surrounding rock of the roadway is severely broken during the excavation of the 805transport chute in Jingfang coal mine due to tectonic stress,resulting in the collapse of the two gangs and the sinking of the roof slab,and the high failure rate and poor quality of the original roof anchor(cable)support,the joint support technology of"high stress anchor cable+JW steel shed"is proposed.Through the practical application effect,after adopting the joint support technology,the stability of the surrounding rock in the fault dynamic pressure zone was effectively controlled,and the formation rate of the roadway was increased to more than 98%,achieving significant application results.
