摘要
目的探讨在复杂性先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)临床教学中采用基于慕课(MOOC)的翻转课堂对学习兴趣、学习积极性的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年7月在西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院接受复杂性CHD临床教学的实习生92名,根据随机数表法分成研究组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),对照组给予传统教学法,研究组给予基于MOOC的翻转课堂教学,比较两组实习生自我学习表现情况、考核成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。结果研究组自我学习表现情况评价效果优于对照组,研究组考核成绩、教学效果评分及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复杂性CHD临床教学中实施MOOC联合翻转课堂教学能够提升自我学习表现力,提高考核成绩、教学效果及实习生的教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of MOOC-based flipped classroom on learning interest and motivation in clinical teaching of complex congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 92 interns who received complex CHD clinical teaching in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine from March 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into study group(n=46)and control group(n=46)according to random number table method.The control group was given traditional teaching method,and the research group was given MOOC-based flipped classroom teaching.The self-learning performance,assessment results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The evaluation effect of self-learning performance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the assessment scores,teaching effectiveness scores,and teaching satisfaction of the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of MOOC combined flipped classroom teaching in complex CHD clinical teaching can improve self-learning performance,improve assessment performance,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of interns.
