摘要
目的探讨小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)联合翻转课堂的教学方法在诊断学实训教学中的应用。方法2020年9月—2021年1月选取成都医学院2018级五年制临床医学专业学生53名作为试验组,以2017级五年制临床医学专业学生55名作为对照组。试验组学生采用SPOC联合翻转课堂模式教学,对照组学生采取传统模式教学;对两组学生进行考核和问卷调查以评估教学效果。结果试验组学生的体格检查部分理论成绩,体格检查操作考核成绩和总成绩均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生在掌握基本知识和技能、增强自主学习的能力、提高沟通和合作能力、增强分析与解决问题能力方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SPOC联合翻转课堂教学是一种新型的教学模式,通过该模式能够更好地促进诊断学实训教学,大大地提高教学效率。
Objective To explore the application of small private online courses(SPOC)combined with flipped classrooms in diagnostic training teaching.Methods From September 2020 to January 2021,53 five-year clinical medicine students from Chengdu Medical College in 2018 were selected as the experimental group,while 55 fiveyear clinical medicine students from 2017 were selected as the control group.The students in experimental group were taught with SPOC combined with flipped classroom teaching mode,while the students in control group were taught with traditional teaching mode.Assessments and questionnaire surveys were conducted on two groups of students to evaluate teaching effectiveness.Results The physical examination part of the theoretical scores,physical examination operation examination scores and total scores of the test group students were higher than those of the control group students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group students showed higher levels of mastery of basic knowledge and skills,enhancement of self-learning ability,improvement of communication and cooperation abilities,and enhancement of analytical and problem-solving abilities compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion SPOC combined with flipped classroom teaching is a new teaching model,which can better promote the practical teaching of diagnostics and greatly improve the teaching efficiency.
