摘要
【目的】研究东海海域带鱼(Trichiurus japonicus)繁殖力,为正确估测东海海域带鱼种群数量及其变动规律,开展东海带鱼资源管理和合理利用提供参考。【方法】2020年10月―2021年10月,在东海海域拖网和帆张网渔获中随机取83尾成熟度为Ⅲ期以上的雌性带鱼,测量其肛长(L)、体质量(m)和卵巢质量(mo),每尾带鱼样品随机挑选50粒完整卵粒测量其卵径。用质量法计数个体绝对生殖力(F),并计算肛长相对生殖力(FL)、体质量相对生殖力(Fm)、性腺成熟系数(GSI)和肥满度(K),用7种数学模型及多元逐步回归方程拟合个体繁殖力与生物学指标的关系。【结果与结论】带鱼样本的肛长为210.0~373.0 mm,平均(289.04±41.00)mm;个体绝对生殖力为3001~78265粒,平均(27750.0±16255.6)粒,肛长相对生殖力为12.4~240.1粒/mm,平均(91.9±45.6)粒/mm,体质量相对生殖力为13.9~152.9粒/g,平均(72.7±27.6)粒/g;个体绝对生殖力和肛长相对生殖力均与肥满度相关性不显著(P>0.05),个体绝对生殖力与肛长、体质量、卵巢质量和性成熟系数分别呈幂函数、指数函数、二次函数和二次函数相关;肛长相对生殖力与肛长、体质量、卵巢质量和性成熟系数分别呈幂函数、二次函数、对数函数和二次函数相关;体质量相对生殖力与肛长、体质量相关性不显著(P>0.05),与卵巢质量和性成熟系数分别呈二次函数和对数函数相关;经逐步回归,F=13143.216+62.521 m+637.757 mo-12194891.300 K(R^(2)=0.726),FL=-72.207+2.078 mo+0.465 L(R^(2)=0.619),Fm=119.641+1.249 mo-43914.646 K(R^(2)=0.298),个体繁殖力与卵巢质量的关系最为密切;Ⅲ~Ⅴ期带鱼卵径仅一个波峰,带鱼属于单批次产卵鱼类。
【Objective】The research on the productivity of Trichiurus japonicus in the East China Sea is not only of great significance in theory,but also provides a scientific reference for correctly estimating the number of T.japonicus population and its variation in the East China Sea,developing fish fishery management and reasonably utilizing fishery resources in the East China Sea.【Method】From October 2020 to October 2021,83 female T.japonicus with maturity above stageⅢwere randomly sampled from trawl and sail net catches in the East China Sea,and their anal length(L),body weight(m)and ovary weight(mo)were measured,and 50 complete eggs were randomly selected from each T.japonicus sample to measure its egg diameter.The individual absolute fecundity(F),the relative fecundity per centimeter(FL),the relative fecundity per gram(Fm),gonado somatic index(GSI)and the relative fatness(K)were obtained by gravimetric method.Seven mathematical models and stepwise regression were used to fit the relationship between individual fecundity and biological indicators.【Result and Conclusion】The range of anal length of the sample is 210.0-373.0 mm,with an average of(289.04±41.00)mm;The individual absolute fecundity was 3001-78265 eggs,with an average of(2775.0±16255.6)eggs;the relative fecundity per centimeter was 12.4-240.1 eggs/mm,with an average of(91.9±45.6)eggs/mm;the relative fecundity per gram was 13.9-152.9 eggs/g,with an average of(72.7±27.6)eggs/g;There was no significant correlation between individual absolute fecundity or the relative fecundity per centimeter and the relative fatness.Individual absolute fecundity was correlated with anal length,body weight,ovary weight and gonado somatic index coefficient by power function,exponential function,quadratic function and quadratic function respectively;The relative fecundity per centimeter was correlated with anal length,body weight,ovary weight and gonado somatic index coefficient by power function,quadratic function,logarithmic function and quadratic function res
