摘要
目的分析富硒青钱柳黄精茶珍对糖尿病患者血糖及并发症产生影响。方法选择2021年12月至2022年12月收治100例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,参照计算机分组方法将患者分成对照组、试验组,对照组患者使用常规药物治疗,试验组患者使用富硒青钱柳黄精茶珍治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果试验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24 h内平均血糖波动幅度、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平均较对照组低,各数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者血浆胰岛素、胰岛素β细胞功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数均较对照组低,各数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总并发症发生率较对照组低,数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者睡眠质量明显比对照组好,数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量明显比对照组好,数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期饮用富硒青钱柳黄精茶珍在控制血糖、减少并发症方面有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the effects of selenium-entiched qingqian liuhuangjing tea on blood glucose and complications in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes mellitus treated from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the computer grouping method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with selenium-enriched qingqian liuhuangjing tea.Results Fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,24 hours average blood glucose fluctuation range,triglyceride and total cholesterol levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences among the data(P<0.05).The plasma insulin,insulin beta cell function index and insulin resistance index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and there were significant differences among the data(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and there were significant differences among the data(P<0.05).Sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between the data(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and there were significant differences between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term consumption of selenium-entiched qingqian liuhuang tea is of great significance in controlling blood glucose and reducing complications.
