摘要
目的分析介入护理干预方法在脑血管疾病患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选择医院于2019年10月至2022年10月收治的60例脑血管病患者,所有患者采取介入治疗干预,经随机数表法对患者进行分组,其中观察组30例接受介入护理干预,对照组30例接受常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果差异。结果比较两组患者的心理状态评分,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后恢复质量评估量表(PQRS)评分比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后的改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分比较,观察组患者护理后的mRS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑血管病患者介入治疗期间,通过介入护理干预方法可以消除患者的负面情绪并促进患者术后恢复,以进一步减少大脑功能障碍问题,具有可行性。
Objective To analyze the application effect of interventional nursing intervention method in the interventional treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Select 60 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2022.After all patients received interventional therapeutic intervention,the observation group(n=30)received interventional nursing intervention,and the control group(n=30)received routine care,and compare the difference in nursing effect between the two groups.Results The psychological status scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the postoperative complication rate,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The score of the recovery quality after treatment(PQRS)score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The mRS score after nursing of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the interventional treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease,the interventional nursing intervention method can eliminate the negative emotions and promote the postoperative recovery of patients,which can further reduce the problem of brain dysfunction,which is feasible.
