摘要
目的 通过分析对脑血管疾病患者应用临床神经介入治疗方法,随后进行临床效果的探究。方法选取2020年1月-2021年9月收治的60例有脑血管疾病患者,通过选取治疗方式的不同进行小组之间的划分。采用常规治疗方式给对照组的脑血管疾病患者进行治疗,采用临床神经介入的方式对实验组的患者进行治疗。随后对比分析两组治疗方法的临床效果。结果 实验组患者中整体有效率为93.33%,通过进行临床比较,实验组整体效果较为优良,二者具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对比两组治疗前后在生活质量方面的评分,两组在治疗前无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后关于生活质量评分实验组高于对照组。在其他各项指标中实验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过给予脑血管疾病患者进行应用临床神经介入治疗方法,能够减少患者不良情况的出现,并且可提升患者的生活质量水平,值得进行推广与应用。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of clinical neurointerventional therapy for patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cerebrovascular diseases from January 2020 to September 2021,and divided them into groups based on different treatment methods.Patients with cerebrovascular diseases in control group were treated with routine treatment,while those in experimental group with clinical neurological intervention.Subsequently,clinical effect between two groups of treatment methods was compared and analyzed.Results Overall effective rate in experimental group was 93.33%.Based on clinical comparison,overall effect in experimental group was relatively better,with statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Results showed,there was no statistical difference between two groups in terms of life quality scores before and after treatment,but after treatment,life quality scores in experimental group(76.43±2.57)were higher than control group.In addition,other indicators of experimental group were better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical neurointerventional therapy can reduce adverse conditions incidence and improve life quality of patients with cerebrovascular diseases,which is worthy of promotion and application.
