摘要
图书馆既是推进高校教学和科学研究的基础设施,同时也是传播和创新知识的场所,在“科教兴国”基本国策制定之后高校规模逐渐增加,高等教育观念也逐渐改变。在这种情况下高校图书馆作为重要设施,紧跟时代的步伐进行发展和创新,逐步完成改扩建工作。基于此,对高校图书馆改扩建设计中开放性理念影响因素进行分析,选取扩建工程工作的要点。
Library is not only the infrastructure to promote teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,but also the venue to disseminate and innovate knowledge.After the formulation of the basic national policy of"rejuvenating the country through science and education",the scale of colleges and universities has gradually increased,and the concept of higher education has also gradually changed.In this case,the university library,as an important facility,should follow the pace of the times to develop and innovate,and gradually complete the reconstruction and expansion work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the openness concept in the design of university library reconstruction and expansion,and selects the key points of the expansion project.
