摘要
为掌握涤/棉同浴同步染色专用分散染料对涤纶的染色规律,重点从染色动力学和热力学方面研究了分散红J-DR、分散橙J-DW和分散藏青J-DN 3种染料在中性浴中对纯涤纶的吸附性能。动力学研究表明,3种分散染料均符合伪二级动力学模型,拟合系数大于0.990。热力学研究表明,不同于经典的分散染料的吸附类型,3种染料对涤纶的吸附性能基本符合Langmuir型吸附模型,为单分子层吸附。3种染料的吉布斯自由能随着温度的升高而减小,说明吸附更容易在较高温度下进行;焓变、熵变均为正值,说明染料对涤纶的吸附是吸热反应,且为熵增过程。
In order to master the dyeing pattern of polyester by disperse dyestuff for polyester/cotton simultaneous dyeing in the same bath,the adsorption properties of three disperse dyes,disperse red J-DR,disperse orange J-DW and disperse navy J-DN,on pure polyester in neutral dyeing bath were studied with emphasis on dyeing kinetics and thermodynamics.The kinetic study shows that the three disperse dyes are in accordance with the pseudo secondary kinetic model,and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.990.The thermodynamic study shows that,different from the classical adsorption type of disperse dyes,the adsorption of three kinds of dyes to polyester basically conforms to the Langmuir adsorption model,with mono-layer adsorption.The Gibbs free energy of the three dyes decreases with the increase of temperature,indicating that the adsorption is easier at the higher temperature.The enthalpy change and entropy change are both positive,indicating that the adsorption of dye to polyester is an endothermic reaction,and the process of entropy increase.
