摘要
以贝壳粉为载体,采用共沉淀法将铁、钴负载到贝壳粉上,制得Fe-Co/贝壳粉双金属催化剂。通过XRD、SEM测试发现,煅烧后贝壳粉结构被破坏,催化剂表面形成Fe_(2)O_(3)和Co_(3)O_(4)。Fe-Co/贝壳粉+Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)协同催化体系对亚甲基蓝具有很好的降解效果,当Fe和Co物质的量比为2∶1,煅烧温度为550℃,pH为3时,催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解率最高。
Using shell powder as a carrier,the Fe-Co/shell powder bimetallic catalyst is prepared by co-precipita⁃tion method to load Fe and Co on the shell powder.Through XRD and SEM analysis,it is found that the shell powder structure is destroyed after calcination,and Fe_(2)O_(3) and Co_(3)O_(4) are formed on the surface of the catalyst.The synergistic catalytic system with Fe-Co/shell powder and Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) has a good degradation effect on Methy⁃lene Blue.When the molar ratio of Fe to Co is 2∶1,calcination temperature is 550℃,and pH is 3,the degrada⁃tion rate of Methylene Blue is the highest.
