摘要
介绍了锦/棉梭织物一浴法活性染料染色新工艺。选用3个颜色(大红色、深紫色、土黄色)进行大生产染色加工,染色梭织布颜色均匀、色泽鲜艳、固色率高。染色布的耐摩擦色牢度及耐皂洗色牢度符合FZ/T 13019—2007《色织氨纶弹力布》的标准。锦/棉梭织物一浴法活性染料染色新工艺的工艺流程短,操作简单,具有良好的质量可控性,产品质量稳定,节能减排效果明显,大大提升了生产效率及经济效益。
The new technology of one-bath reactive dye dyeing of nylon/cotton woven fabrics was introduced.Three colors(deep red,deep purple and ocher)were selected for mass dyeing production,and the dyed woven fabric had uniform color,bright color and high color fixation rate.The color fastness to rubbing and washing of the dyed cloth met the standard of FZ/T 13019—2007 yarn-dyed spandex elastic cloth.The new one-bath reactive dye dyeing process for nylon/cotton woven fabric is short,simple to operate,has good quality controllability,stable product quality,obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction,greatly improving production efficiency and economic benefits.
