摘要
110工法在煤炭开采过程中所成巷道质量坚固,能够有效阻隔采空区不平衡压力传递、降低巷道充填及维护成本,从而实现安全开采与有效回收以及成本节约的统一。该工法在多个煤矿中获得应用,代表未来开采技术的方向。应用110工法开发煤炭资源时需要结合地质水文情况进行适应性改进,在分析太原麦地掌煤矿地质构型的基础上,结合110工法设计有利于安全、高效开采的适应性方法,对部分技术进行优化和改进,同时制定质量检查项目和标准,对开采过程实施闭环管理,最终确保社会效益和经济效益双重提升,为110工法在类似煤矿的应用提供理论依据。
The roadway formed by the 110 construction method during coal mining is of solid quality,can effectively block the unbalanced pressure transmission in the mining area,reduce the cost of filling and maintenance of the roadway,thus achieving the unification of safe mining with effective recovery and cost saving.This construction method is widely used in several coal mines and represents the future direction of mining technology.When applying the 110 construction method to develop coal resources,adaptive improvements need to be made in combination with geological and hydrological conditions.In this paper,based on the analysis of the geological configuration of Taiyuan Maidizhang coal mine,the 110 construction method is used to design an adaptive method for safe and efficient mining,optimize and improve some of the technologies,and develop quality inspection items and standards,and implement closed-loop management of the mining process to ensure both social and economic benefits,to provide a theoretical basis for the application of the 110 construction method in similar coal mines.
