摘要
基于陕北矿区韩家湾煤矿工程特点,对110工法在中厚煤层条件下的推广应用进行了技术创新和发展,提出了适用于韩家湾煤矿的110工法关键技术,包括切顶卸压爆破技术、挡矸护帮技术、临时支护技术、稳定区支护技术等。针对应用过程中遇到的难题,对锚索保护、留巷切眼支护及装备搬运等方面进行了技术创新,形成了一套具有韩家湾矿区特色的110工法技术工艺体系。110工法的推广应用为韩家湾煤矿带来了较好的经济和技术效益。
Based on the engineering characteristics of the Hanjiawan coal mine in the northern Shaanxi mining area,carried out technical development and innovation on the popularization and application of the 110 mining method under the conditions of medium and thick coal seams,and put forward the 110 mining method key technologies applicable to the Hanjiawan coal mine,including the top-cutting and pressure relief blasting technology,gangue retaining technology,temporary support technology,stable area support technology.In response to the problems encountered in the application process,technical innovations were made in the aspects of anchor cable protection,initial lane retention and equipment removal,and a set of 110 mining methods and techniques with the characteristics of the Hanjiawan mining area were formed.The popularization and application of 110 mining method brings good economic and technical benefits to Hanjiawan coal mine.
