不同基因型烤烟成熟期细胞壁物质及相关酶活性变化

Changes of Cell Wall Substances and Related Enzyme Activities in Different Genotypes of Flue-cured Tobacco during Maturation

摘要 为了解不同烟叶成熟度细胞壁物质含量及其酶活性的动态变化规律,为烟叶适时采收、烟叶品质提升提供一定理论依据,以烤烟品种NC71、中烟100和NX211的中部烟叶为材料,研究不同烤烟品种在成熟衰老过程中细胞壁组分含量及其相关酶活性动态变化。结果表明,随着叶片成熟与衰老进程的不断推进,总果胶和纤维素含量均在适熟时达到最高,其中,总果胶含量大小表现为NC71>中烟100>NX211,但差异不显著,纤维素含量大小表现为中烟100>NC71>NX211,但差异不显著;木质素含量从欠熟到适熟呈上升的趋势;果胶酯酶(PE)在适熟时活性最低,其大小表现为NC71>中烟100>NX211,但NC71和中烟100差异不显著;多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)在适熟时活性最高,其大小表现为中烟100>NX211>NC71,各品种间PG活性差异显著;纤维素酶在完熟时活性达到最高,其大小表现为中烟100>NC71>NX211,但中烟100和NC71差异不显著;不同烤烟品种细胞壁组分含量及相关酶活性变化趋势相同,但在量和活性值上有所差异。根据不同烤烟品种在成熟期细胞壁物质的变化规律,可有针对性地选择适宜采收期。 In order to understand the dynamic change law in cell wall substance content and enzyme activity of different maturity of tobacco leaves,provide a certain theoretical basis for timely harvest and improvement of tobacco leaves,in this study,the central tobacco leaves of flue-cured tobacco varieties NC71,China Tobacco 100,and NX211 were used as materials to study the dynamic changes of the content of cell wall components and their related enzyme activities during the maturation and senescence process of different flue-cured tobacco varieties.The results showed that with the progress of leaf maturation and senescence,the contents of total pectin and cellulose both reached the highest at moderate maturity.The order of the content of total pectin was as following:NC71>China Tobacco 100>NX211,but the difference was not significant.The order of the content of cellulose was as following:China Tobacco 100>NC71>NX211,and the difference was not significant.The lignin content increased from underripe to moderate maturity.The activity of pectin esterase(PE)was the lowest at moderate maturity,the order of activity of PE was as following:NC71>China Tobacco 100>NX211.but the difference between of the value of NC71 and China Tobacco 100 was not significant.The activity of polygalacturonase(PG)was the highest at moderate maturity,the order of activity of PG was as following:China Tobacco 100>NX211>NC71,and the difference in the activity of PG in the varieties was significant.The activity of cellulase reached the highest at complete maturity,the order of activity of cellulase was as following:China Tobacco 100>NC71>NX211,but the difference between of the value of China Tobacco 100 and NC71 was not significant.The change tendency in cell wall component content and related enzyme activities of different flue-cured tobacco varieties were the same,but there were differences in quantity and activity values.According to the change law in cell wall substances of different flue-cured tobacco varieties during maturation,the appropriate harv
