摘要
目的 分析双相情感障碍(BD)的疾病特点,评价奥氮平联用碳酸锂治疗的效果。方法 92例BD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者采取碳酸锂治疗,观察组患者采取奥氮平联用碳酸锂治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的71.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.87%,与对照组的13.04%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BRMS评分低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者BRMS评分(12.06±1.50)分低于对照组的(20.50±1.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 奥氮平联用碳酸锂治疗BD效果显著,安全性高,能够促进患者病情改善,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of bipolar disorder(BD),and evaluate the effect of olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate treatment.Methods A total of 92 patients with BD were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lithium carbonate,and the observation group was treated with olanzapine and lithium carbonate.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and the score of Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that of 71.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.87%in the observation group,and 13.04%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,BRMS score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and BRMS score of(12.06±1.50)points in the observation group was lower than that of(20.50±1.20)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate has a significant effect and high safety in the treatment of bipolar disorder,which can promote the improvement of the patient's condition.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
