摘要
目的分析双相情感障碍患者应用丙戊酸镁联合氨磺必利治疗的效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法126例双相情感障碍患者,按照简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组应用氨磺必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丙戊酸镁治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗前后生活质量、睡眠质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.24%高于对照组的82.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活评分、生活质量总评分分别为(66.4±3.7)、(67.6±3.6)、(55.5±3.1)、(53.2±4.3)、(239.8±8.6)分,均高于对照组的(48.7±3.5)、(52.2±3.2)、(42.6±3.3)、(46.4±4.1)、(208.4±9.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠效率、入睡时间、催眠药物、睡眠质量、日间功能、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍评分、睡眠质量总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双相情感障碍患者应用丙戊酸镁联合氨磺必利治疗效果较好,其不仅能有效提高患者的生活质量,还能改善其睡眠情况,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of magnesium valproate combined with amisulpride in the treatment of bipolar disorder and its influence on the improvement of quality of life.Methods A total of 126 patients with bipolar disorder were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amisulpride,and the observation group was treated with magnesium valproate based on the control group.The efficacy,quality of life and quality of sleep before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.24%of the observation group was higher than 82.54%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the social function,physical function,mental function,material life score,overall quality of life score of the observation group were(66.4±3.7),(67.6±3.6),(55.5±3.1),(53.2±4.3)and(239.8±8.6)points,which were all higher than(48.7±3.5),(52.2±3.2),(42.6±3.3),(46.4±4.1)and(208.4±9.3)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep efficiency,time to fall asleep,hypnotics,sleep quality,daytime function,sleep time,sleep disorders,total sleep quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium valproate combined with amisulpride has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of bipolar disorder,and can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also their quality of sleep,which is worthy of promotion.
