圆钢管地聚物砖骨料再生混凝土长柱轴压性能研究 被引量:2

Research on axial compressive behavior of concrete-filled circular steel tubular slender columns with geopolymeric brick aggregate

摘要 为研究再生砖骨料替代天然骨料后钢管混凝土柱的轴压性能,设计了7根圆钢管地聚物砖骨料再生混凝土长柱并进行轴压试验,考察砖骨料取代率(0%、30%、50%、70%、100%)和长细比(22.86、45.71、68.57)对其破坏模态、荷载-应变关系、承载力、侧向变形及延性等的影响。此外,利用ABAQUS软件开展圆钢管地聚物砖骨料再生混凝土柱稳定系数-长细比相关曲线的参数分析。结果表明:圆钢管地聚物砖骨料再生混凝土长柱的破坏模态及受力性能与普通钢管混凝土长柱的相似,具有较高的承载力与延性;柱破坏时均呈现明显的侧向挠曲,钢管中部出现鼓曲,内部混凝土沿截面断裂;柱承载力随砖骨料取代率和长细比的增加而下降,当取代率为100%时承载力相比取代率为0%时下降了12.3%,但取代率在70%以内时,承载力对取代率的变化不敏感,相对取代率为0%时仅下降5.82%;轴压承载力稳定系数随钢材屈服强度、混凝土强度和长细比的提高而降低。 In order to study the axial compressive behavior of concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)slender columns with recycled geopolymeric brick aggregate,seven CFST slender columns with recycled geopolymeric brick aggregate were designed for axial compression tests.The influence of replacement ratio of brick aggregates(BA)(0%,30%,50%,70%and 100%)and slenderness ratio(22.86,45.71 and 68.57)on the failure mode,load-strain curves,strength,lateral deformation as well as ductility was studied.Moreover,the parametric analysis on the stability coefficient-slenderness ratio relationship curves was performed by using ABAQUS.The results demonstrated that the CFST slender columns with recycled geopolymeric brick aggregate exhibited similar failure modes and mechanical behavior compared to the ordinary concrete-filled steel tubular slender columns,while the former had higher bearing capacity and ductility.All the specimens exhibited obvious lateral deflection,mid-span bulging of steel tube and section fracture of inner concrete at failure.The ultimate strength of CFST slender columns with recycled geopolymeric brick aggregate decreased with the increase of replacement ratio of BA and slenderness ratio,and the bearing capacity decreased by 12.3%when the aggregate was completely replaced by BA,while the bearing capacity was reduced by 5.82%when the ratio ratio was no more than 70%.The numerical results showed that the stability coefficient decreased with the increase of yield strength of steel tube,concrete strength and slenderness ratio.
