摘要
为分析再生骨料类型对钢管再生混凝土柱的影响,设计了11根轴压短柱试件,并对其进行了轴压力学性能的试验研究。试件的主要变化参数为截面类型(圆形和方形)、骨料类型(天然骨料、50%天然骨料和50%重钛矿渣再生骨料、50%天然骨料和50%普通再生骨料)和钢管尺寸。结果表明:钢管再生混凝土柱具有和普通钢管混凝土柱相似的受力过程、破坏形态、轴向荷载-位移关系和轴向荷载-应变关系,再生骨料类型的变化对上述性能影响不大;圆形截面试件发生腰鼓状或剪切型破坏,方形截面试件破坏时在钢管表面出现若干处局部凸曲,且沿四个方向的凸曲程度基本相同;对比边长和直径相等的方形和圆形截面试件,由于方形截面试件的横截面尺寸较大,其承载力明显高于圆形截面试件,但方形截面试件峰值荷载对应的位移和应变小于圆形截面试件,且荷载达到峰值后便迅速下降,方形截面试件的延性明显弱于圆形截面试件;钢管再生混凝土柱的承载能力略低于普通钢管混凝土柱;钢管再生矿渣混凝土柱的承载能力一般不低于钢管再生普通混凝土柱;将普通钢管混凝土柱承载力计算式运用于钢管再生混凝土柱时,对于圆形截面试件的计算结果偏于安全,对于方形截面试件,应将该承载力计算值进行一定的折减。
In order to study the influence of the types of recycled aggregate on the recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tube column,11 short columns were tested under axial compression.The major test parameters of specimens were the types of cross sections(including circle and square),types of aggregates(including natural aggregate,50% natural aggregate and 50% high titanium slag recycled aggregate,50% natural aggregate and 50% normal recycled aggregate) and sizes of steel tubes.The results show that the recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular short column's loading process,failure pattern,axial load-displacement curve and axial load-strain curve are similar to normal concrete-filled steel tube short column.The changes of the type of recycled coarse aggregate have little effect on the properties mentioned above.Specimens with circular section show failure mode of waist drum or shear type.Partial buckling occurs on four sides of square specimens after the test,the degrees of buckling are substantially the same.Comparing circular specimens and square specimens with equal diameter and width,it can be seen that the bearing capacity of square specimens is significantly higher than that of circular specimens,for the reason that the square specimens have a larger cross section area;the displacement and strain corresponding to peak load of square specimens is less than that of circular specimens.There is a rapid decline of the load when the peak load is reached.The ductility of square specimens is significantly weaker than circular ones.The bearing capacity of recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular column is lower than normal concrete-filled steel tubular column.The bearing capacity of recycled slag aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular column is generally no less than recycled normal aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular column.If the formula of normal concrete-filled steel tubular column is used to calculate the bearing capacity of recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular column,the calculated
