摘要
目的:探讨双侧迎香穴为主穴的揿针治疗用于过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月增城区中医医院收治的AR患儿70例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用揿针治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、鼻部症状、生活质量[鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)]、外周嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOSR)、治疗时间、复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);治疗后,两组患儿鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、打喷嚏评分均降低,观察组患儿低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿RQLQ评分、EOSR均降低,观察组RQLQ评分低于对照组,EOSR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组2、4周复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AR患儿应用以双侧迎香穴为主穴的揿针治疗,疗效显著,可有效控制临床症状,缩短治疗时间,强化疗效,避免鼻炎复发,促进生活质量提升。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of clinical effects of press-needle with bilateral Yingxiang acupoints as the main acupoints in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:Seventy children with AR admitted to Zengcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method,with thirty-five cases each.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with press-needle on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,nasal symptoms,quality of life[Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)],treatment time,percent of peripheral eosinophils(EOSR),and recurrence rate of the children in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).After treatment,the nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose and sneezing scores of children in both groups were reduced,and the children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the RQLQ score and EOSR of children in both groups were reduced,and the RQLQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the EOSR was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recurrence rates at 2 and 4 weeks in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of press-needle treatment with bilateral Yingxiang points as the main acupoints in children with AR is significant,which can effectively control cli
