摘要
他山之石,可以攻玉。文章查阅古籍及参考近10年内的相关文献,着重从变应性鼻炎体质与中医内外治法两个方面进行归纳阐述。以纵向时间轴为线索介绍中医耳鼻喉科萌芽至今众多医家对变应性鼻炎病因病机、病者体质的认识;以横向治法轴为思路对近些年来常见的中医内、外治法(包括药方、经穴等)进行介绍比较,分析机制,探讨发展;重点之处会将横纵内容结合进行罗列说明,以求为该病的治疗带来些许帮助。
This paper refers to the ancient books and the relevant literature in the past 10 years,focusing on the induction and description of allergic rhinitis constitutions and internal-external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the longitudinal timeline,this paper introduces the understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and constitution of allergic rhinitis by many doctors from the beginning of Chinese medicine. Based on the horizontal treatment axis,this paper introduces and compares the common TCM internal-external therapy(including prescription,meridians and the points,etc.)in recent years,analyzes the mechanism,and discusses its development. The key points will be listed together with vertical and horizontal contents,in order to bring some help for the treatment of the disease.
