摘要
目的:观察针刺联合益气温阳方治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予益气温阳方治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后过敏性鼻炎症状评分及鼻结膜炎生活质量量表(rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life scale,RQLQ)评分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率80.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗1周后过敏性鼻炎症状评分、RQLQ评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗2周后过敏性鼻炎症状评分、RQLQ评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合益气温阳方治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎,能改善患者过敏性鼻炎症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Qi-Boosting and Yang-Warming Decoction on allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency-cold syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency-cold syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qi-Boosting and Yang-Warming Decoction,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The symptom score of allergic rhinitis and the score of quality of life scale(RQLQ)of rhinoconjunctivitis were observed before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score and RQLQ score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment after one week and two weeks respectively,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);And the above indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of control group after two weeks of treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency-cold syndrome,acupuncture combined with;Qi-Boosting and Yang-Warming Decoction can improve the related symptoms.
