摘要
职业技能大赛对高职院校人才培养与专业建设具有巨大的引领与推动作用。在技能大赛的备赛工作中,参赛队员的选拔与训练机制至关重要。结合多年的竞赛指导经验,从“岗课赛证”融通的视角出发,总结形成了备赛过程中选手的多层选拔与训练方案,对工作室培育、备赛兴趣小组、集训队、拉练队等各个阶段的参赛队员培养机制进行了细致分析。该选拔与培养机制能够有效地增加选拔出优秀选手的几率,促进竞赛成绩与课程教学效果的提高。
The professional skills competition plays an important role in leading and promoting the personnel fostering and major con-struction in higher vocational colleges.Recently,it has become a critical indicator to measure the quality of personnel fostering in higher vocational colleges.As is well known,the selection and training mechanism of contestants is of vital importance to competi-tion results.Based on years of instruction and competition guidance experience,a multi-stage selection and training mechanism for contestants in the preparation process is proposed from the view of“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”integration.The training mechanism at different stages,including studio training,interest group,assemble for training and simulation,are analyzed in detail.Such selection and training mechanism can effectively increase the probability of selecting excellent contestants,leading to better competition results and course teaching effect.
