特殊教育教师在家校合作中的作用

摘要 残疾学生是特殊的群体,生理、心理的缺陷使他们敏感自卑,久而久之,容易产生逆反心理、焦虑心理和依赖心理。产生这些心理的原因跟自我因素、家庭因素、学校教育因素、社会因素都有关系。家庭和学校作为残疾学生社会交往能力培养的主要阵营,对他们回归主流社会是非常重要的。家校合作中,特殊教育教师起着至关重要的作用,应该帮助他们建立自信心,挖掘他们的潜能,帮助他们走出校门,适应社会。 Disabled students are a special group.Their physiological and psychological defects make them sensitive and self-abashed.As time passes,they are prone to rebellious psychology,anxious psychology and dependent psychology.The causes of these psychological factors are related to self factors,family factors,school education factors and social factors.As the main positions for the cultivation of social communication ability of disabled students,family and school are very important for them to return to the mainstream society.Special education teachers who play a vital role in home-school cooperation should help them establish self-confidence,find out their potentials and help them get out of school to adapt to society.
