摘要
为进一步优化酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养模式,提升学生的专业技能水平,从推动形成产教良性互动、校企优势互补的角度,分析了高职院校酒店管理与数字化运营专业实施企业导师制的意义和A校酒店管理与数字化运营专业企业导师制的开展情况,以及在开展过程中存在的企业导师选拔制度不健全、导师的管理和考核制度不完善、理论教学和实践教学融合度不高等问题,提出了健全企业导师选聘制度、完善导师管理制度、加强教学过程管理等对策建议。
In order to further optimize the talent training mode of hotel management and digital operation major and improve the professional skill level of students,from the perspective of promoting the formation of positive interaction between production and education,school and enterprise complementary advantages,this paper analyzes the significance of the enterprise tutor system in the hotel management and digital operation specialty of higher vocational colleges and the development situation and existing problems of the enterprise tutor system in the hotel management and digital operation specialty of A school,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as clarifying the enterprise tutor selection and recruitment system,establishing and improving the tutor management system,strengthening the teaching process management,etc.
