摘要
将集成平台作为基础设计移动护理信息系统,包含移动护理集成平台、移动终端设备以及基础信息系统3大模块,系统采取分布式、多层次以及松耦合结构,同时提供标准数据接口,经过医疗数据集成交换平台实现和医院内部HIS系统数据之间的无缝集成。系统应用后,患者入院评估、单个患者体征采集、全科患者体征采集、单次输液核对、输液巡视过程、单次风险评估以及录入数据至信息系统等护理操作用时均短于系统使用前。以集成平台为基础设计的移动护理信息系统应用效果理想,能缩短护理操作耗时,提升护患双方满意度,减少不良护理事件及差错发生。
The mobile nursing information system is designed based on the integrated platform,which includes three major modules:mobile nursing integration platform,mobile terminal equipment,and basic information system.The system adopts a distributed,multi-level,and loosely coupled structure,while providing standard data interfaces.Through the medical data integration and exchange platform,seamless integration is achieved between the system and the hospital's internal HIS system data.After the application of the system,nursing operations such as patient admission assessment,individual patient sign collection,general practice patient sign collection,single infusion verification,infusion inspection process,single risk assessment,and data entry into the information system took less time than before the system was used.The mobile nursing information system designed based on an integrated platform has ideal application effects,can shorten nursing operation time,improve satisfaction between nurses and patients,and reduce adverse nursing events and errors.
