摘要
目的:以重症监护系统建设为例,探索软件试用方式在软件选型中的应用效果。方法:采用软件试用方式进行系统建设的选型论证。通过实际实施流程模拟,使用方从软件功能、操作便利性、软件部署3大角度评价公司产品;公司方通过实际部署过程,提前发现院方存在的软硬件及网络环境问题并反馈。结果:有效完成各款软件的综合评估,提前发现医院自身基础环境问题,形成符合医院客观条件的系统建设方案和医院自身问题整改清单。结论:相对于常规的软件产品调研方式,软件试用方式可为项目建设提供一套更加可靠和安全可控的建设方案。
Objective:Take the construction of intensive care system as an example,to explore the application effect of software trial mode in system selection.Methods:Adopt the software trial mode for the preliminary demonstration of system construction.Through the actual implementation process simulation,the user evaluates the company’s products from the three perspectives of software function,ease of operation,and software deployment;the company uses the actual deployment process to find and feedback the software and hardware and network environment problems existing in the hospital in advance.Results:The comprehensive evaluation of various softwares was completed effectively,and the hospital’s own basic network and equipment environmental problems were discovered in advance,and a personalized intensive care system construction plan that met the objective conditions of the hospital and the hospital’s own problem correction list were formed.Conclusion:Compared with the conventional software product research method,software trial method can provide a more reliable,safe and controllable construction scheme for project construction.
