摘要
目的:探究雌激素诱发的鸡脂肪肝出血综合征(FLHS)模型的自愈性及其特征。方法:160羽15日龄青脚麻鸡随机分为模型组和对照组,模型组肌注苯甲酸雌二醇(3 mg/kg·BW,1次/3 d,共9次),对照组注射玉米油,分别于末次注射后3、17、31 d测定肝脏质量、肝指数、肝出血分数、腹脂率、皮脂率、皮脂厚与肌间脂肪宽,同时生化检测血脂和血清肝功能指标。结果:模型组停止雌激素注射3 d后,其肝脏质量、肝指数、肝出血分数以及腹脂率、皮脂率、肌间脂肪宽均显著大于对照组,血清TG、CHOL、LDL-C含量及ALT、AST活性亦明显高于对照组,而血清HDL-C含量则显著低于对照组;停止雌激素注射17、31 d后,模型组肝指数与肝出血分数,血清TG、CHOL、LDL-C含量及ALT、AST活性等指标呈进行性下降,至31 d,所有测定指标已趋于对照组,两组间无显著差异。结论:雌激素诱发的鸡FLHS模型可在中断雌激素注射31 d后基本自愈。
Objective:The present study aimed to explore the self-healing and characteristics of chicken model of fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome(FLHS)induced by estrogen.Methods:One hundred and sixty 15-day-old Cyan-Shank Partridge chickens were randomly divided into the model group and the control group.The model group were injected with estradiol benzoate(3 mg/kg·BW,once every 3 days,a total of 9 times),and the control group were injected with corn oil.The liver weight,liver index,liver hemorrhage score,abdominal fat percentage,percentage of subcutaneous fat plus skin,thickness of subcutaneous fat plus skin,and width of intermuscular fat band were measured at 3,17,31 d after the last injection.At the same time,the blood lipid and serum liver function indexes were detected.Results:After stopping estrogen injection for 3 days,the liver weight,liver index,liver hemorrhage score,abdominal fat percentage,percentage of subcutaneous fat plus skin and width of intermuscular fat band were significantly higher than those of the control group.The contents of serum TG,CHOL,LDL-C and the activities of ALT and AST were also significantly higher than those of the control group,while the serum HDL-C contents were significantly lower than those of the control group.After 17 or 31 days of stopping estrogen injection,the liver index,liver hemorrhage score,the contents of serum TG,CHOL,LDL-C and the activities of ALT and AST in the model group decreased gradually.After 31 days of stopping estrogen injection,all the measured indexes in the model group were similar to those in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the model group and the control group.Conclusion:The chicken FLHS model induced by estrogen could basically self-heal after 31 days of interruption of estrogen injection.
