摘要
“烟粉”是新出现的毒品替代物,其主要成分是麻醉药品依托咪酯,长期滥用可形成依赖,对使用者情绪、社会功能均有负面影响。本文通过对11例“烟粉”依赖患者的心理治疗,发现依赖“烟粉”者人格特征方面存在共同之处(外向且固执),且绝大数依赖者或依赖者家属对含依托咪酯的“烟粉”危害并不了解,甚至存在严重误解,也因此导致绝大多数依赖者意识不到自己的“病患”身份。从整个心理干预历程来看,患者在接受了心理教育的前提下,治疗的依从性会明显提升。在具体的心理治疗过程中发现患者普遍存在悲伤和无望情绪(未达到抑郁标准),且该悲伤和无望情绪与个人成就有关。治疗后的随访结果也提示,系统的认知行为治疗对“烟粉”依赖者确有效果,值得进一步研究。
Powderd drug is a new drug substitute,its main component is the narcotic drug etomidate.Long-term abuse can form dependence,which has a negative impact on users' emotions and social functions.In this paper,through the psychological treatment of 11 cases of powder drug dependent patients,it is found that there are common(extroverted and stubborn)in the personality characteristics of powder drug dependent patients,and most of the dependents or dependents' families do not understand the harm of powder drug containing etomidate,and even have serious misunderstandings,which also leads to the fact that most dependents are not aware of their “patient”identity.From the perspective of the whole psychological intervention process,patients' compliance with treatment will be significantly improved on the premise of receiving psychological education.In the process of specific psychotherapy,it is found that patients generally had sadness and hopelessness(not reaching the standard of depression),and that sadness and hopelessness are related to personal achievement.The follow-up results after treatment also suggest that systematic cognitive behavioral therapy is effective for powder drug dependents and deserves further study.
