摘要
目的通过介绍氟胺酮的外观形态、结构特点及作用效果,分享氟胺酮的检验方法及GC/MS分析的实验结论,使一线办案机关了解氟胺酮,避免误导侦查方向。方法参照氯胺酮的检验方法(GA/T 1329—2016)。结果氟胺酮标准样品的保留时间为9.164min,特征离子碎片为m/z 164、193、122、136、221;送检检材的保留时间为9.155min,特征离子碎片为m/z 164、193、122、136、221。结论通过用GC/MS进行分析氟胺酮标准样品及送检检材,得出的保留时间及特征离子碎片(m/z 164、193、122、136、221)将送检检材定性为氟胺酮。希望该方法对广大技术同仁检验氟胺酮有所帮助。
Objective By introducing the appearance of F-Ketamine,its structural characteristics and effects,sharing the inspection method and experimental conclusion of GC/MS analysis,it can help the front-line case-handling personnel with understanding F-Ketamine and therefore to avoid misleading the direction of reconnaissance.Methods Referring to the examination method of Ketamine(GA/T 1329-2016).Results The retention time is 9.164 min.and the characteristic ion fragments are m/z 164,193,122,136 and 221 for the standard F-Ketamine samples;The retention time is 9.155 min.and the characteristic ion fragments are m/z 164,193,122,136 and 221 for the inspected material.Conclusion By analyzing the standard F-Ketamine samples and the inspected material utilizing GC/MS system,it draws the conclusion that the inspected material should be classified as F-ketamine as the result of retention time and the characteristic ion fragments.It is hoped that this method will be helpful to the majority of technical colleagues in testing F-Ketamine.
