摘要
在园区重点企业中开展清洁生产审核工作是助推产业绿色转型升级、行业清洁化改造和深入打好污染防治攻坚战的重要方式之一。以连云港经济技术开发区近6年来重点企业清洁生产审核工作开展情况为例,深入探讨园区清洁生产工作推行过程中面临的各类问题和不足,通过对园区清洁生产审核创新试点的积极探索和实践研究,以期建立起更为完善的工作推行机制,从而全面提升园区清洁生产工作质量和整体审核效率,有助于推动实现减污降碳协同增效、经济高质量发展和“碳达峰碳中和”战略目标。
It’s an important way to promote industrial upgrading,green transformation,industrial cleaner transformation and win the battle against pollution by carrying out cleaner production audit in key enterprises.Taking the implementation of cleaner production audit in Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Area in the past six years as an example,this paper discusses the various problems and shortcoming faced in the process of implementing cleaner production in the park.Through the active exploration and practice of cleaner production audit innovation pilot in the park,try to establish a complete cleaner production audit implementation mechanism for comprehensively improving cleaner production quality and audit efficiency,which is conducive to promoting the realization of pollution reduction,carbon reduction,synergy high quality economic development and the strategic goal of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality".
