摘要
清洁生产审核是工业园区实现产业转型升级、污染排放控制与绿色低碳发展的有效抓手。随着工业园区清洁生产审核工作的逐步推进,相关方法的研究和应用受到越来越多的重视。针对目前工业园区清洁生产审核方法亟须完善的现状,本文基于社会网络分析法创新性地提出一种工业园区中观层面清洁生产审核方法,并选取代表性园区进行案例分析。研究结果表明,本文提出的工业园区中观层面清洁生产审核方法对案例园区有一定的应用效果,可以为园区企业间的清洁生产问题筛查和方案制定提供思路,通过实施方案可以提升工业园区的资源能源利用水平,推动工业园区实现减污降碳协同增效。本文提出的清洁生产审核方法具有一定的应用价值和推广前景,可为工业园区开展清洁生产审核工作提供参考和借鉴。
Cleaner production audit is an effective means for industrial parks to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading,pollution emission control,and green and low-carbon development.With the gradual promotion of the cleaner production audit in industrial parks,the research and application of related methods are receiving increasing attention.In response to the urgent need to improve the methods of cleaner production audit in industrial parks,this article innovatively proposes a middle-level method of cleaner production audit in industrial parks based on social network analysis,and selects a representative industrial park as a case for application.The research results indicate that the middle-level cleaner production audit method proposed in this article has certain application effects on the case park,and can provide ideas for screening problems and formulating plans for cleaner production among enterprises in the park.By implementing the plan,the resource and energy utilization level of the case park can be improved,and the synergistic efficiency of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the case park can be promoted.The method of cleaner production audit proposed in this article has certain application value and promotion prospects,and can provide reference and inspiration for industrial parks to carry out cleaner production audit.
